WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

If you are a full-time employee (working 30 or more hours per week), you are eligible to enroll in the benefits described in this guide. Spouse, domestic partners, and dependents are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.

HOW TO ENROLL

LOGIN TO: https://workforcenow.adp.com

Your username & password are what you use to login normally to ADP.  If you need your username or password reset, please follow the link provided on the ADP website or mobile app. If further assistance is needed, contact HR.

You can enroll in benefits via your mobile app OR your computer. Once you’ve logged in, click on the benefits tab under your recommended tiles, and then click “start enrollment”. The system will walk you through enrollment step-by-step!  Be sure to add your dependents — this will adjust your benefit offerings accordingly.  Confirm your benefits at the end to complete enrollment!

WHEN TO ENROLL

THE OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2025 THROUGH FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2025.  THE BENEFITS YOU ELECT DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 1, 2026 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026. YOU MUST ENROLL OR OPT OUT OF COVERAGE THIS YEAR.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES

Unless you have a qualified change in status, you cannot make changes to your benefit elections until next year’s Open Enrollment period.  Life events such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, change in child’s dependent status, death of qualified dependent, change in employment status or change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan may qualify you for a special enrollment period.  Please notify HR within 30 days of your qualifying event.
